Diet Type

What's your diet like? Select all that apply. Maybe, you generally eat meat with your meals, but mix in some vegan and vegetarian meals here and there.  In the Meal Frequency section, you'll estimate how often you eat each basic type of meal that you select here.

Some diet options are more for fun and curiosity. Feel free to select them but be aware that they will impact your estimate results. For example, selecting the Complete Herbivore and Nucivore diet types, will signal to our algorithm that 50% of your diet consists of the Complete Herbivore diet type and 50% consists of nuts! The Herbivore diet type already includes nuts, so it's unnecessary to select the Nucivore diet type just to try to include nuts in your estimate.

  • Same as vegan above. A person who abstains from eating any animal products (for example, livestock, seafood, dairy, eggs, and honey). Usually, being a vegan means you abstain from animal products in all aspects of your life, including for example, not wearing leather, but here it only applies to your eating habits.
